Peachscore Anti-Spam Policy
Peachscore maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam, abusive email practices, deceptive marketing activities, and unlawful electronic communications.
This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all users, customers, startups, founders, partners, affiliates, contractors, consultants, and third parties using or promoting Peachscore, its websites, services, accelerator programs, events, products, or associated domains.
By using Peachscore services or communicating on behalf of Peachscore, you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam or indiscriminate bulk unsolicited commercial email messages
- Sending email communications without a lawful basis, legitimate business interest, or appropriate consent where required under applicable law
- Using deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive marketing practices
- Using false or misleading sender identities, domains, headers, or subject lines
- Sending messages to recipients who have opted out or unsubscribed
- Promoting phishing, malware, deceptive offers, or malicious content
- Using purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or unlawfully obtained email lists for indiscriminate bulk email campaigns
- Excessive bulk emailing practices that generate abnormal complaint rates, blacklist listings, or abuse reports
- Using Peachscore domains, tracking links, redirect links, or infrastructure in connection with spam or abusive activity
- Unauthorized affiliate or third-party promotional activity conducted on behalf of Peachscore
Peachscore does not authorize spam, indiscriminate bulk unsolicited email, deceptive outreach practices, or unlawful marketing activity.
Consent and Communication Standards
Peachscore communicates with founders, startups, investors, ecosystem partners, accelerators, incubators, corporate innovation teams, educational institutions, and business professionals in connection with startup acceleration, investment readiness, educational programming, ecosystem development, events, partnerships, networking opportunities, and related business activities.
Communications may be sent based on:
- Direct consent or registration
- Existing business relationships or prior interactions
- Legitimate business interest where permitted under applicable law
- Publicly available business information
- Public founder, startup, or company profiles, websites, pitch events, startup directories, professional networks, media coverage, press releases, or other publicly accessible business-related sources
Peachscore may use publicly available information regarding startups, founders, and companies to conduct internal evaluations, benchmarking, scoring, categorization, eligibility assessments, AI-powered analysis, and pre-analysis in connection with identifying companies that may be a fit for Peachscore programs, events, partnerships, accelerator opportunities, or related ecosystem initiatives.
As part of these activities, Peachscore may contact founders or company representatives to:
- Notify them of potential eligibility, pre-selection, or qualification for programs or opportunities
- Share relevant accelerator, educational, investment, funding, networking, partnership, or ecosystem opportunities
- Invite participation in events, pitch competitions, workshops, webinars, or related programming
- Request additional information regarding a startup or company profile
- Provide information regarding Peachscore services, research, benchmarking, or ecosystem initiatives relevant to the recipient's business activities
Peachscore does not send indiscriminate spam communications and does not authorize deceptive, misleading, or abusive marketing practices.
All outreach communications are intended to be relevant to the recipient's startup, business activities, industry participation, publicly available professional profile, or ecosystem involvement. Where required by applicable law, communications will include appropriate opt-out or unsubscribe mechanisms, and unsubscribe requests will be honored promptly.
Email List and Data Practices
Peachscore does not knowingly use unlawfully obtained contact data or unauthorized mailing lists for mass spam distribution. Peachscore may maintain internal databases and CRM systems containing business-related contact information collected through:
- Direct applications or registrations
- Event participation
- Partnership inquiries
- Publicly available business information
- Founder and startup submissions
- Networking interactions
- Public business directories and startup ecosystem platforms
Peachscore implements commercially reasonable measures intended to maintain the integrity, security, and lawful use of such information.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
Peachscore is committed to complying with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and electronic communication regulations, including but not limited to:
- The CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- GDPR (European Union)
- UK GDPR and PECR (United Kingdom)
- CASL (Canada)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable
- Other applicable international anti-spam and electronic communication laws and regulations
Monitoring and Enforcement
Peachscore actively monitors for abuse, spam complaints, blacklist activity, unauthorized promotional practices, and misuse of its domains, infrastructure, or services.
If Peachscore becomes aware of activity that violates this Anti-Spam Policy, Peachscore may take immediate action, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Disabling access to services or platforms
- Blocking domains, links, or campaigns
- Restricting sending activity
- Reporting abusive activity to service providers, network operators, or relevant authorities
- Cooperating with anti-abuse organizations, reputation providers, and blacklist operators
Third-Party and Affiliate Responsibility
Partners, affiliates, contractors, consultants, agencies, and third parties acting on behalf of Peachscore are required to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws governing electronic communications.
Any unauthorized or non-compliant activity conducted by a third party may result in immediate termination of the relationship and other appropriate action.
Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Requests
Recipients may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in applicable communications or by contacting Peachscore directly.
Peachscore honors unsubscribe and opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law and maintains reasonable processes intended to prevent future non-compliant communications.
Operational, transactional, legal, security-related, or account-related communications may still be sent where permitted or required.
Reporting Abuse
If you believe you have received abusive, deceptive, unauthorized, or non-compliant communications related to Peachscore or any associated domain, please report the matter immediately to: info@peachscore.com
Please include:
- Sender information
- Full email headers if available
- Copies or screenshots of the communication
- A description of the issue
Peachscore investigates abuse reports seriously and takes corrective action where appropriate.
Policy Updates
Peachscore reserves the right to modify or update this Anti-Spam Policy at any time. Continued use of Peachscore services constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
